WCEF 2024 Accelerator Session: Circular Food Systems: Enabling Policies and Business Cases

This event/webinar/workshop is an accelerator session at the World Circular Economy Forum 2024 (www.wcef2024.com).

Circular Food Systems for Rwanda has partnered with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) to co-design an accelerator session exploring the enabling policies and successful business cases for implementing and scaling up circular agri-food systems.

The in-person session will compare and contrast two examples from the Republic of Rwanda and the Republic of Serbia, to identify both transferable lessons and context-specific insights. The session will showcase innovations and best practices from both countries, discuss similarities and lessons learned, and chart the way forward for replication and scaling up of a circular economy transition in the agri-food sector.

You will hear from policymakers, leading experts, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as they share strategies for success.
